Timberland Band Boosters Outdoor Flea Market and Craft Fair

Purpose:
The Flea Market and Craft Fair is a fundraiser sponsored by the Timberland High School Band Boosters. This is a parent volunteer group that supports the band program. All funds raised go directly to support the band students.
Rental Spaces:
18’ x 18’ are $40 OR 9’ x 18’ (limited quantities) are $25 before April 18, 2021 (April 18, 2021 or after will be assessed a $5 late fee).
All spaces are located in the parking lot. You may park your vehicle in the 18’ x 18’ space. There is no parking in the 9’ x 18’ space, you must unload your vehicle and then park in the general parking lot.

Reservations:
To reserve your space, fill out the application and submit along with payment. You will receive a confirmation email as your receipt.
There are no refunds after receiving your application and payment.
Spaces are assigned in the following manner.
Vendors
who return the application before March 26th will be given priority for available spaces.
All Applications received after March 26th
will be assigned remaining available spaces based on the order of receipt. Park-in spaces may not be available for later reservations. Reserve early for the best selection.
We will do our best to limit similar vendors on a first come first serve basis.
We reserve the right to relocate or refuse any applicant.

Please do not email or call the High School. Emails are checked regularly and will be promptly responded to.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND TERMS
Check-in is from 6AM to 8AM. You will be met at the entrance and directed to your space. Vendors who have not arrived by 7:45 AM will forfeit their space,
without refund
, and the space will be sold to waiting vendors.
SPACES MAY NOT BE VACATED UNTIL 3PM. NO ONE MAY DRIVE THROUGH THE WALKING AISLES DURING MARKET HOURS.
EXCLUDED MERCHANDISE: Firearms (including toys), knives (of any kind), animals, vehicles, plants, flowers, beverages and items not appropriate for minors (as determined by Timberland Band Boosters) may not be sold by vendors. Vendors may NOT offer food for sale that competes with our concessions.
The Flea Market is held rain or shine.
There is little shade and no indoor cover available, so plan accordingly.
Tables, tents, electricity, and water will NOT be provided. Indoor restrooms are available.
Smoking, weapons, alcoholic beverages, and pets are prohibited on school grounds at all times

This includes parking lots. Please be respective of school rules.
Vendors are responsible to pick up and properly dispose of all trash in their designated area.
Under no circumstances, should large unwanted items be left on the property at the end of the event.
Timberland Band Boosters and the Timberland School District are not liable for theft, damage, loss of work or personal injury.
Each vendor is individually responsible for satisfying any tax or licensing requirements.
Vendors are required to stay within their designated space. The entire space is not marked, so vendors must cooperate with each other to avoid overlaps and to provide reasonable access to adjacent spaces.
No parking is allowed in the grass, walkways or driveways. Free Parking is provided on the grounds. Wentzville Police patrol the street and often issue tickets to illegally parked vehicles. A 5-minute loading area is provided along the entry drive to allow customers to load larger purchases.
A concession stand will be open from 7AM to 3PM. Coffee, donuts, grilled items, chips, cookies, drinks and snacks will be available for purchase.
